agency stumbles, or worse yet, ceases to operate all

together, then there are 20 children who’s lives will

hang in the balance. IBOC Consulting began with this

simple concept: Help agencies be all that they can

be... in the best interest of children.

Having been in the adoption and social services industry for over 14 years, I have worked with many agencies both large and small, new and seasoned, domestic and international. The larger the agency the greater the overall impact on the lives of children.

I started IBOC Consulting in 2004 with a mission to prevent this from happening. I knew that when I helped adoption and orphan relief agencies operate more effectively and efficiently, they would, instead of operating hand to mouth, and/or failing to provide acceptable service to parents and children, will now be able to provide outstanding service and support to their clients; all in the best interest of children.

With agencies working from an operational and financial base of strength, the result will be strong effective support for all of their programs. Parents will be far better prepared and educated. Funding for programs will grow. More and more childrens lives will be saved.
